About Tania
Tania Kazi is a yoga and meditation teacher, wellness strategist, and yoga educator with a passion for helping people feel more at home in their bodies and more aligned in their lives. Her approach blends intuitive movement, breath awareness, and somatic practices with the science of happiness and emotional well-being. With a Master’s in Happiness Studies and over a decade of experience teaching yoga globally, Tania guides students to restore balance in the nervous system, move with intention, and reconnect with their deeper values.
Where Alignment Meets Awareness
Her classes and sessions are rooted in the belief that everything begins with presence. Instead of chasing perfection, Tania encourages slowing down, tuning in, and creating rituals that nourish the body, regulate the mind, and open the heart.
Tania is the co-creator of Spire Yoga, an intelligent system of movement designed to bring the body into alignment, build resilience, and deepen the connection between the physical and emotional self. Her work supports individuals, groups, and organizations in living with more clarity, care, and vitality.
