Inspired by the poetry of Rumi and grounded in contemporary research on happiness, resilience, and human flourishing, this experience invites you into three essential movements:

Belonging — a compassionate return to the parts of yourself you may have abandoned, hidden, or silenced.

Agency — learning to trust the intelligence of your body, emotions, instincts, and inner knowing.

Integration — transforming insight into lived experience through practices that can be carried into daily life.

Through movement, meditation, reflective writing, group dialogue, nervous system practices, and contemplative inquiry, you will cultivate greater clarity, vitality, emotional resilience, and connection — not as abstract concepts, but as felt experiences in the body.

This is not a workshop about fixing yourself.

It is an invitation to meet yourself more honestly, inhabit your life more fully, and reconnect to the aliveness already moving within you.
